Meet the team
Darian Johnson
An Apostolic leader, teacher, and the founder of
Heal Responsibly, a biblically grounded ministry tool calling
the Body of Christ to deep soul healing, spiritual maturity,
and freedom through the power of the Holy Spirit.
With a life marked by miraculous healing, faithful
endurance, and decades of ministry, Darian carries a
message forged in surrender and refined through
obedience. Diagnosed with an incurable disease at
eighteen, she encountered the healing power of God and
was completely healed at twenty-four. Launching a lifelong
pursuit of understanding God’s heart for total healing:
spirit, soul, and body.
A graduate of Rhema Bible Training College
(Biblical Studies & Worship, Class of 2012), Darian
co-pioneered One Encounter Christian Center in
Stillwater, Oklahoma, in 2016 alongside her husband.
After his passing in 2023, Darian continued in leadership
in obedience to the Lord’s instruction that she was not
called to quit. Today, she leads with a fivefold ministry
team, equipping believers and making disciples in
alignment with Matthew 28:19.
Darian’s ministry emphasis addresses a critical and often neglected area within the Church: the healing of the soul. Through Heal Responsibly, she teaches that physical healing is only part of God’s promise (3 John 1:2) and that unresolved trauma can distort gifting, limit freedom, and hinder spiritual authority. Her message challenges believers to steward their healing intentionally so that their anointing is not filtered through unhealed places.
Known for her prophetic clarity, apostolic authority, and uncompromising love for truth, Darian creates space for the Holy Spirit to bring conviction, deliverance, and lasting transformation. Her heart is to see believers healed at the root, released from cycles of bondage, and fully understand who they are in Christ.
Darian’s message is not motivational, it is transformational. She carries a mandate to help people walk out of captivity and into freedom, not by managing symptoms, but by encountering Jesus in the places that still need healing.

Billie Walker
Heal Responsibly technician
Billie is a living testimony that healing is possible even after the deepest wounds.
Abandoned by her parents at the age of thirteen, Billie’s early life was marked by sexual abuse, neglect, instability, and homelessness. She moved from house to house and relationship to relationship, surviving environments that could have broken her spirit. Yet through it all, she carried a quiet resilience and today, she is the proud mother of beautiful adult children who stand as evidence that broken beginnings do not determine final outcomes.
In 2016, Billie encountered Jesus in a life-altering way. Her faith journey, like many real journeys, included moments of stumbling but surrender ultimately won. Since then, she has lived sold-out for Christ, allowing Him not only to save her, but to heal her responsibly layer by layer, truth by truth.
Now a Certified Heal Responsibly Technician, Billie walks alongside others who are navigating addiction, trauma, abuse, and neglect. She brings a rare combination of compassion and clarity, helping people identify wounds without becoming defined by them, and guiding them toward wholeness through accountability, biblical truth, and intentional healing.
Billie is currently writing her first book, End of Myself, a raw and redemptive account of her journey from survival to surrender. The book invites readers into the sacred process of meeting God in the middle of their worst moments and discovering that the end of self is often the beginning of true freedom.
Billie’s life and work are anchored in this truth:
Healing is not denial. Healing is responsibility and God meets us when we choose it.
